Dear everybody,

I know I’ve been remiss in posting lately, but my life has been flooded with non-design stuff. BUT! I’m here to tell you that BGD will be at the upcoming The Suburban Craft Show from 10 – 3 on November 17! It will be held at 101 Centrepointe Drive, and I hope to see you there!

I was contacted by my favourite local baker, Auntie Loo from Auntie Loo’s Treats, to make a set of cheesy 80s pasties for an upcoming gig. My mind immediately went to lace, pearls and tulle, and this is what I came up with:

I hope they’re a big hit at her next performance! If you’re in Ottawa and find yourself on Bronson wanting a snack, head on down to her shop and pick up a snacky cake. My favorites are the walnut coffee cake slices – so good! Tell her I sent ya!
