I found a recipe online for Cool Whip Nutella pops, so I decided to make them!
Step 1: mix 1 cup Cool Whip with 1/2 cup skim milk and 3 tbs Nutella
Blend well!
2: pour into popsicle molds
3: freeze overnight (or as long as you can wait!)
They are absolutely delicious, and weigh in around 125 calories each if you use light whip and skim milk. You can further reduce that by using less Nutella. I made two batches and got 8 total. Stay cool this summer!

This falls under the “great idea, crummy execution” due to the recipe I used. My dog is allergic to everything, so I found a low allergen recipe that uses literally 5 ingredients. I think it would work much better in a cookie recipe that is even coloured, so I’ll try it again with a different one.
This one is 2 cups of oatmeal (I used quick oats), 1/4 cup of flax seed, one egg, and a single beef bouillon cube dissolved in water.
I rolled it out and used a bone-shaped cookie cutter to shape them
Then I dusted them with carob (technically making it 6 ingredients) before stamping my dog’s name onto them. I did this thinking that the stamps would be more visible, but that wasn’t quite the case (which is why I think an even-coloured cookie would work better)
Then I baked them for 15 minutes at 325 while the recipient anxiously awaited them with bated breath
I’ll try again with a different recipe and hopefully I’ll get a better result. In the meantime, Tug loves them!
